Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At ÆSKA, we offer a streamlined checkout experience. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Availability: All items are sold as "In-Stock" unless clearly marked otherwise.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to secure your items for immediate processing.
Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or end promotions at any time without prior notice.

Processing: Since we no longer operate on a preorder model, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Shipping: Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered "In Transit" and can no longer be canceled.

We aim to get your essentials to you as fast as possible, which means our fulfillment window is small.

Window for Cancellation: You may request a cancellation for a full refund only before your order has been processed for shipping.
How to Cancel: Please email aeskawear@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST."
Post-Shipping: If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item for a refund once it arrives, provided it meets our 10-day return criteria.

10-Day Policy: We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in original, resalable condition (unwashed and free of stains, odors, or heavy wear).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being inspected.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was received.
